This porcelain vase is formed from a 'sheet' of clay which lifts from a plaster slab a minitaure abstract painting influenced by the work of artist Patrick Heron. The back does not have any image. The porcelain vase has a transparent glaze inside and  outside. Gold lustre application highlights selected detail which accentuates the image.
The ceramic vase can be displayed as a statement piece or used as an artistic container for a selective flower stem.
